Online exercise prescription platform - Telehab

TeleHab is a completely free exercise prescription platform, built by clinicians frustrated with other existing systems. Our aim is to make your life easier, whilst improving your visibility and patient outcomes.  It offers:

  • A library of 4,000+ exercises, continually growing with your feedback.
  • Patient video recording feature to help you monitor their progress remotely.
  • Easy-to-use interface.
  • Intuitive program builder.

TeleHab describes itself as building around you – the clinician, and the feedback you provide.  Our feature list continues to expand, including integrations with popular practice management systems.

No billing details required to sign up, just an accessible exercise prescription platform for you and your patients to start using for free, today.  If a colleague has already signed up to TeleHab read how they can add you to their account so that you can view and prescribe programs to each other’s patients from a joint account.

If you’d like more information on TeleHab please visit www.valdhealth.com/telehab/ or sign up at https://app.telehab.io/sign-up?fullAccessCode=MACP2020 to get started today.

If you don’t receive a welcome email after signing up check your junk folder or speak with your IT team to ensure emails from TeleHab are authorised – this is common in NHS clinics.

Learning platform for physiotherapists and OA Knee – The PEAK program.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the increasing use of telehealth to deliver physiotherapy services in Australia, the Centre for Health, Exercise & Sports Medicine (CHESM) at the University of Melbourne has fast-tracked the release of our PEAK (Physiotherapy Exercise and physical Activity for Knee osteoarthritis) program training modules.

The program is available free-of-charge at this time to all users (e.g. physiotherapists, physiotherapy students, educators, researchers).
