MACP's second Podcast

2nd Oct 2014

MACP's second Podcast...................Here is a link to the second MACP Podcast which was done with Ann Gates (Clinical Pharmacist and Specialist Exercise Instructor) from Exercise Works.

The focus of the Podcast is based around the role of Physiotherapists in promoting physical exercise. (http://chewshealth.co.uk/the-physio-matters-podcast/)

This is a call to action to change our clinical practice and implement the concept of exercise as a medicine in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases. Ann argues passionately that Exercise advice and support should be part of EVERY consultation.

It would be great if you could listen to the podcast and post your thoughts of it on either the MACP Facebook group or Twitter feed, or both.

The third podcast will be with Dr Emma Stokes (Vice President WCPT and 2015 Presidential candidate).

Please share the podcast link widely with your Physiotherapy/ AHP/Medical friends and colleagues.

With warmest regards,

Uzo Ehiogu, MACP Communications Officer
