I am a highly experienced specialist in complex movement and pain related issues. I have practiced for over 25 years working with professional athletes, weekend warriors and office workers, who may struggle due to their more sedentary lifestyle. All have their individual movement problems that can lead to long term pain, stiffness, loss of activity and a loss of performance.
I have a reputation for finding positive solutions to long term issues and I am regularly referred patients seeking a second opinion on their injuries.
My approach is to not only make changes that lead to relieving symptoms and improvement in function, but I also focus on preventing the recurrence of issues. I work with ultra marathon runners, triathletes, Ironman athletes, musicians, gym goers, skiers, golfers and many office workers who are all looking to keep pain and injury free.
I specialise in neck/shoulder and back/hip/knee/ankle problems. However, as everything is connected, I often end up treating the whole body to resolve patients’ issues.
I consult in London and in Godalming, Surrey. I lecture nationally and internationally on manual therapy and rehabilitation. I am also a guest lecturer at the Queen Mary University of London on their MSc Sports and Exercise Medicine programme.
