I qualified as a physiotherapist in Greece. After I practiced for a few years, I moved to the UK to undertake post-graduate studies in manual therapy and advanced neuromusculoskeletal practice, which I completed in 2015 and was awarded an MSc in Manual Therapy as well as membership with the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapist. I have since worked as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist both for the NHS and private healthcare practices. In 2020, I completed my PhD on low back pain. Recently, I have been working as a clinical academic for the University of Nottingham and local community pain services.”
