I qualified as a Physiotherapist in 1999 from the University of Nottingham and worked in the NHS in a variety of clinical areas before specialising in MSK physiotherapy and becoming an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner. I have special interests in spinal pain, musculoskeletal injuries, Occupational Health and digital/virtual physiotherapy. I have a Masters degree in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy and am a registered member of both the Association of Physiotherapists in Occupational Health and Ergonomics and the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists. I now work fully in a Virtual Physiotherapy Service where I am a Physiotherapy Clinical Lead.
I live in Pembrokeshire with my commercial fisherman husband and have 3 children, and my Labrador Pudding.
In my spare time I love open water swimming and trail running.
